2010 was our year: Pixum celebrated her 10th birthday!
Founded by just three people in the year 2000, Pixum is now a leading and award-winning online photo service in Europe.
Behind the succes of Pixum are many good thinkers and a strong and goal-oriented team:
Daniel Attallah (Founder & CEO)
Born in 1963, Daniel looks back on a successful management career spanning over 20 years, with focus on marketing and sales in various B2B and B2C high-tech companies. In 2000, he founded Pixum. For over 7 years now, his main focus has been on internet marketing. As Pixum's managing director, he is responsible for marketing, business development, investor relations, finances and personnel.
Marc Rendel (Technology / CTO)
Born in 1974, Marc has many years of international experience in software development and leading development teams. His career started as a software developer in the finance industry. Here he successfully implemented corporate-critical projects and also built his own team. After this the time came for IT-Management with a focus on the entire architecture of web applications. At his next stop, with the help of modern development methods, he provided a completely new layout of the technological platform with a leading e-commerce company. Today he is responsible for the entire IT and software development at pixum and with his experience provides a fast, steady and innovative web platform.
Not just the number of customers has increased over the years - the Pixum team as well. By now more than 60 motivated employees work in the Cologne office and are always working getting the best out of your photos!
A team of online- and marketing-specialists, IT-experts and graphic designers as well as your direct contact persons in the customer service department constanlty develops new ideas, products and other optimisations to make your Pixum visit perfect in every way.
